We believe that cryptocurrencies and decentralized networks are radically new means of coordination. And that they will increase freedom for people and allow for a more creative, innovative and prosperous world.
We’ve been at the forefront of getting blockchains to be able to serve billions of people. We helped launch and operate many of the most well-known Proof-of-Stake networks and assisted people to actively participate and earn staking rewards. Today, around $250m worth of crypto assets are staked with us in this way. In addition to that, we are also working on building bridges between cryptonetworks. So that we can go from siloed chains to a true internet of blockchains that can all interoperate.
We are a distributed team of 12 and in the process of growing to 20 this year. We are a friendly, collaborative and focused place to work. We value transparency and everyone’s input on decisions. We are growing rapidly and with that the complexity of our operations is increasing too. We are operating staking infrastructure on 20 networks enabling people to participate and earn rewards. Many networks have different mechanisms for how staking rewards are paid out, claimed and accessed. We continually have to liquidate rewards to raise funds for operations or pay transaction fees. As a result, executing 100+ transactions per month and accounting for them accurately is a great challenge.
To improve our financial operations and be ready for the next phase of growth, we are looking to hire a Finance Manager. You will be responsible to design and manage processes that allow us to execute financial operations efficiently, with minimal burden on the team and to account for them accurately. You will also be responsible for budgeting, financial forecasting and to generate insights and analysis to make better strategic financial decisions.
