As a pioneer in the crypto industry, we would like to see a sustainable world, where opportunities are made available to everyone equally.

Web3 has opened up a range of tools and opportunities to tackle economic and social issues. So we rolled our sleeves to pursue two of these issues:

Offering more opportunities for women

Climate change

We started an initiative called Equal3, which aims to make Web3 a more diverse space. And as part of this initiative, we commit to having at least 50 women start a career in Web3 every year.

Equal3 is an initiative by Chorus One. It aims to make Web3 a more diverse space by creating opportunities for women and other underrepresented groups to work, thrive and succeed.

Equal3 aims to provide scholarships to 50 women every year who want to start their Web3 career.

We setup regular mentorship opportunities between budding web3 talent and the Chorus One team.

We try to facilitate opportunities through Chorus One, its partners, and other mediums of participation like internships.

Fighting Climate Change

We want to help minimise the ecological footprint of blockchain infrastructure and are a carbon positive company. In 2019, we helped remove 106 tons of CO² via Harborview Farms. For the years 2020 and 2021, we offset 130 tons of CO² with Regen Network.
